Payment of Fees / Payment Modes

All students' bill must be paid within Thirty (30) days from bill date. Penalties can be imposed for late payment.

You may pay your fees using any of the following payment modes available upon viewing your Statement of Account (Available by 11 August 2025) via login to Student Portal OASIS.

1. Interbank Giro

Application for Paying bank account starts from 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Please ensure that you have the following information before submitting the application.

1. Internet banking account access for the payer
2. Name of payer’s bank
3. Payer’s bank account number
4. Payer’s name as reflected in their bank statement or bank book

To start, log in to OASIS » Finance & Admin » Fee Matters and Financial Assistance Schemes » Account Inquiry » Maintain Bank Accounts and follow the steps:

Instructions:

1. Enter Payer Bank ID 
2. Enter Payer Bank Account Number
3. Enter your Payer Bank Account Holder Name(s)
4. Enter Student Contact Number(s)
5. Check to ensure that Payer Bank bank account details are completed correctly and click on the Submit button
6. Follow the online instructions (Step 1 – step 3) to setup your payer bank account
7. After Step 3, you would be forwarded to the bank’s login page to submit the application online. Only when the application is completed and approved by the bank, you would receive an email notification from accountenquiry@smu.edu.sg.
8. Refresh your OASIS page and the Paying Bank should be updated to Approved.

2. Online Payment

Only Debit/Credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX will be accepted. The Debit / Credit Card is subject to the limit as granted by your bank.
