Steps to add “Paying Bank Account” details
Application for Paying bank account starts from 1 July 2024. Please ensure that you have the following information before submitting the application.
- Internet banking account access for the payer
- Name of payer’s bank
- Payer’s bank account number
- Payer’s name as reflected in their bank statement or bank book
IMPORTANT:
- The bank payer can be the student account or the parent/guardian account.
- For students enrolled in GIRO, deductions are processed approximately one month into the term, after the due dates. Although outstanding fees will be visible in the system, students will not be penalized if their GIRO application has been approved. They can monitor the status of their application on OASIS and receive email updates regarding planned GIRO dates.
